For the hands-on and flexible couple, who has some parts of their wedding planned out, but would like Leandra Events to fill in the blanks. Includes design, management and execution of all of the details of the wedding.

• Eight (8) months of event planning

• Customized month-to-month action plan

• Wedding budget creation and management

• Four (4) in-person/phone meetings as needed, plus:

  • Attendance at two (2) vendor meetings of choice 

  • 30 day vendor walk-through

  • Wrap-up appointment one week prior to wedding

  • Communication via email and phone

• Complete event design production including:

  • Personalized design concept and guide

  • Floor plan and flow concept for ceremony and reception

• Manage all vendor relations

  • Access to all trusted vendors

  • Provide vendor options and arrange meetings/site tours

  • Review vendor contracts

• Wedding day coordination

  • Act as main point-of-contact

  • Create, manage and execute timelines

  • Coordinate rehearsal and all wedding day events

  • Oversee set up & decorating of the ceremony and reception sites

  • Execute tasks including but not limited to:

    • Distribute wedding flowers/bouquets and couple’s gifts

    • Direct ushers, participants and wedding procession

    • Coordinate reception grand entrance and program activities

    • Distribute final vendor payments and gratuities on the client’s behalf

    • Secure all gifts

    • Assist couple as needed
